license

- Azure Active Directory AD Premium 1 with limited feature
- Enterprise Mobility Suite EMS E5 with full features
but what if already have subscription that does NOT include any of license above

Roles assigned
should be assigned one of the following roles
- Global admin
- Compliance admin
- Security reader
